BRPBAP3 Maros Mangrove Nursery

Saturday, June 8 2024, to commemorate World Ocean Day, BRPBAP3 Maros carried out mangrove nursery activities. World Ocean Day is an important moment to remind us of the importance of preserving marine and coastal ecosystems. One significant effort to maintain this ecosystem is through the rehabilitation of mangrove forests.

The mangrove nursery activities carried out by BRPBAP3 Maros not only commemorate World Oceans Day but also support the priority program of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), namely expanding conservation areas. Through this effort, it is hoped that marine and coastal conservation areas can continue to be expanded, so that marine ecosystems can be maintained.

By holding this activity, BRPBAP3 Maros shows its commitment to preserving the environment and supporting the sustainability of marine resources. It is also hoped that this mangrove nursery activity can increase awareness of the importance of protecting and caring for the coastal environment, as well as encouraging active participation in conservation efforts.
