CIEDM Calls for 30×30 Dark Blue Actions at Dalian Ocean University

Correspond with colleagues and students of Dalian Ocean University where I served as a Dark Blue Scholar and Adjunct Professor to offer the annual greeting of World Ocean Day (WOD), to share the significance of WOD 2023 and what we have done in the past year to support 30×30 especially on the subject of Dark Blue Coastal Ecological Conservation, and to call for their participation in the celebration of WOD 2023.
