Community-Supported Conservation Goals for Scalloped Hammerhead

8 June, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm EDT

The Museum of Science and Discovery in Ft. Lauderdale, USA, will be hosting the FREE 2023 Save Our Seas Distinguished Speaker Series, presented by the Save Our Seas Foundation. This features scientists, conservationists, researchers and educators who will share their passion for our oceans in programs designed for Museum guests of all ages.

Dr. Kelly Kingon is a researcher and also an Assistant Professor at the University of Trinidad and Tobago and also part of the NGO CHAPO (Conserve Habitats and Protect Organisms), in Trinidad and Tobago. She is looking at the  Scalloped Hammerheads in Trinidad, so this is the perfect opportunity to have this lecture as part of our event planned for World Oceans Day in Trinidad, facilitated by CHAPO.
