In order to create awareness for the Ocean, we will host a special exhibition from the 14th June until the 12th July 2022. We are happy to be collaborating with Ocean Conservation Namibia, who do an amazing job to protect our shoreline / coastline. They are especially known for their endeavors to free entangled seals from fishing lines, plastic bags and even fishing hooks. In the exhibition we will be showcasing some entanglements and how these rescue attempts take place. That is not all, OCN has also given us the permission to show real video footage of the team in action! On the 20th June @ 18H00 the OCN team will also be at the Swakopmund Museum, to tell us more about the work they do and what role you can play in protecting our Ocean. On the 28th of June at 18H00 we will be showing the documentary “Chasing Corals”.
