Gili Trawangan World Ocean Day Clean Up!

We’ve moved our regular Debris Free Friday beach clean-up, to this Thursday’s WORLD OCEAN DAY!
Working with sponsors – Hula! Bar Gili Trawangan, we are inviting all guests, tourists, divers and the local community to meet together to clean the beach, and learn how to sort and separate home and resort waste. Followed by joining forces with beach clean-up organizations all over Lombok to collaborate and collect certain recyclable materials that will be repurposed through initiatives with Honest Ocean & Plastik Kembali..
Making Indonesia’s first circular beach clean up with the #islandnetwork.
We will be meeting at 5pm for a short briefing about plastic pollution issues in Indonesia and our solutions to overcoming them with recycling, repurposing and education. Every cleaner will get a free cocktail or soft drink as thanks for partipation at sunset!
