WORLD OCEANS DAY CELEBRATION 
 
THEME: Revitalization Collective Action for the Ocean.
Shark Spotters in collaboration with the UCT Biological Sciences Postgraduate students will aim to bring awareness about the crucial role our oceans play and the importance of conserving and protecting our marine environment.
Our marine wildlife face multiple threats and it is our responsibility to TAKE ACTION. 
As part of this worldwide movement for environmental change on this day, our call-to-action will be dedicated towards coming together in partnership to give back to our oceans by cleaning up our marine and coastal spaces.
 
Location: Surfers Corner, Muizenberg Beach.
