As part of the “Ocean of Possibilities” summer theme at public libraries across the USA, you’re invited to join your local library in a variety of activities – from movies, games, music, books, or just hanging out with friends (online opportunities available as well!). Check out your local library to learn more – and here’s an event you won’t want to miss:
An Ocean of animals live in the water! Join us while we celebrate all things water this summer during our Oceans of Possibilities Summer Reading Program!
Why do some water animals have fur while others have feathers or scales? What’s that slimy stuff on frogs? Learn basic differences between birds, reptiles, fish, mammals, and amphibians and their different kinds of surface adaptations. Sorry, no live animals at this event.
