Recreational Walk at the Suansri Nakhon KhuanKhan Park and Botanical Garden, Samutprakarn, Thailand

This year, the International Ocean Institute (IOI) Thailand Alumni will celebrate its 18th anniversary in Thailand at Suansri Nakhon Khuankhan Park and Botanical Garden, Samutprakarn Province on Sunday 4th June 2023 at 7:00 am.

About 100 participants will attend the event by recreational walking through 4.8 km circumference of the park.

The ceremony will be presided over by the Governor of Samutprakarn Province with some invited government officials from the Public Health Office (PHO), Samutprakarn, the Royal Forest Department (RFD), Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR), Department of Mineral Resources (DMR), Marine Department (MD), Department of Fisheries (DOF), International Institute for Trade and Development (ITD), Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), Office of the Royal Development Project Board (ORDPB), Electricity Generating of Thailand (EGAT), the Royal Irrigation Department (RID), Thailand’s National Disaster Warning Centre (NDWC), Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM), Executives of the Bangkok Metropolitan Agency (BMA) and a few Heads of international organizations in Asia-Pacific (Centre on Integrated Rural Development for Asia and the Pacific – CIRDAP, Network of Aquaculture Centres in Asia-Pacific -NACA), private sector (Bank of Ayudhya – pcl; CCS) and civil society organizations (Association of the Faculty of Fisheries Alumni, Kasetsart University; Mahidol University; Chulalongkorn University; BCC 124, Fisheries 28), IOI Alumni from around the globe and general public.
