Caribbean Community in Philadelphia has planned it’s 4th UN World Ocean Day.  We will partner with United Nations Association of Greater Philadelphia in presenting an environmental education film screening; 1.5 Stay Alive- How global warming affects the Caribbean (Science meets music).  A power point presentation, Talkback Q & A with Pam Lazos of the US Environmental Protection Agency and Global Water Alliance.

Hosted by Miranda Alexander, President & Founder, Caribbean Community in Philadelphia and UNAGP, Board Member.  Co-hosted by Ed Aguilar, Pennsylvania Director, Coalition For Peace Action and UNAGP, Board Member.

Free and open to the public with 50 socially distanced people viewing a drop down LED screen on the open indoor/outdoor space on the Delaware River.  The Pier is a meeting and market space for artists and creatives.  Vendor spaces are created from repurposed shipping containers.
