About YOI WOD Zine 🌊
Join us in celebrating World Ocean Day (June 8th) by submitting to our zine with an artwork about the ocean!
There will be a live reveal of the finished zine on World Ocean Day through a webinar where selected artists and guests are invited, and members of the public will also be attending. The zine will then reside permanently on our website where it can be appreciated for years to come.
All submissions accepted into the zine will be entered into a prize pool of $40; two artists will be randomly selected during the webinar to receive $20 each through online cash payment or gift card (up for the artist to decide!) YOI encourages all eligible artists to submit regardless of skill level, but if your submission is blatantly low effort or your application is incomplete, you may not be selected to be part of the zine. Each artist can submit up to a total of three pieces max, and if more than one of your pieces get selected, you will have a greater chance of winning.
There are no submission fees attached, and YOI will not ask for exclusive access to your work, so feel free to use it for other opportunities in the future. We look forward to seeing your submission!
