We are excited to introduce 12 new members to the World Ocean Day Youth Advisory Council! It was difficult to narrow the 1,600+ interested young people down to 23 finalists and even more difficult to choose the final 12.

These inspiring leaders represent diverse countries and backgrounds and will provide unique perspectives, ideas, and recommendations to achieve real conservation outcomes during their two-year term. They will join the existing 13 members in leading and inspiring their local communities, countries and globe to take action through a variety of projects and events to protect and restore our blue planet.
