Fundraiser: Big Biking Cleanup

We started an Ocean cleaning project called the Big-BikingCleanUp a few months ago and are currently on a 3-month biking tour around the North and Baltic Sea coasts.
The idea is to collect plastic waste whilst raising funds and awareness for the organization OneEarthOneOcean 🌊. This non-profit builds and operates waste collecting ships so that we can keep our oceans clean in the long run.
The goal is to cover about 8000 km of coastline (we are already approaching the halfway point ) and raise enough funds for a new waste collecting ship. Since starting we already collected and disposed of over 80 kg of plastic waste and have raised around 20 percent of the needed funds for a new boat.
We have been on the road for about 6 weeks now and are busy collecting waste, filming, posting, and cycling 🙂
