The World Ocean Day Youth Advisory Council was created in 2016 to help World Ocean Day become more impactful and to connect and unite youth from diverse backgrounds and experiences throughout the year for a better future. Open to young people from anywhere, ages 16-25.
Join with thousands of youth from 150 countries to stay updated monthly with events and opportunities for education, engagement, advocacy and action. Youth-focused organizations are encouraged to provide us with updates so we can share widely and grow a more collaborative youth movement!
This free four-week online training program runs twice annually. Attendees gain a better understanding of the issues and confidence to help with solutions. Sessions build life-long skills, integrate civic learning, and encourage strengthened collaborative conservation action - locally, nationally, and globally.
