This World Ocean Day, we’re joining the global movement to celebrate, protect and care for our blue planet.

The 2026 World Ocean Day action theme highlights the importance of strong Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) to safeguard marine ecosystems, restore biodiversity and strengthen ocean resilience for future generations.

Join us for the 7th Annual People of the Sea Global Clean-Up.

Whether you’re at a beach, river, creek, park, playground, schoolyard or city street, every waterway connects to the ocean. We are all People of the Sea.

Here’s how to take part:

1️⃣ Grab a bag, some gloves and your crew (or head out solo).

2️⃣ Collect ten little pieces, a bucket full or anything in between.

3️⃣ Share a photo of your clean-up.

4️⃣ Tag @tenlittlepieces so we can celebrate your contribution in our stories
