Microplastics pose a threat to the whole marine ecosystem. The MPA Pelagie Islands held a collection microplastics afternoon for the students from the “Istituto Omnicomprensivo Luigi Pirandello”, on the occasion of World Ocean Day. The microplastics will be ranked by their origin, their shape and their kind.
