A series of posts and short Instagram Lives showcasing different women and approaches to ocean advocacy. Designed to inspire and show that action can take many forms.
Morning 1 – Opening Post at 7:00am
A post to introduce World Ocean Day and the women of The Big Swim Collective – 6 women who are leading the way in ocean advocacy.
It will highlight the global importance of ocean awareness and invite the audience to follow and engage throughout the day.

Morning 2 – Story 1 (Fashion – Jo Godden) 10:00 am
Story-led post or short Live exploring ocean advocacy through fashion.
Morning 3 – Story 2 (Citizen Science – Susan Leonard) 11:00 am
Story-led post or short Live focusing on citizen science.
Midday – Story 3 (Author – Natasha Soanes) 12:00 noon
Story-led post or Live focusing on travel and writing.
Afternoon 1 – Story 4 (Author – Jo Moseley) 14:00 pm
Story-led post or Live exploring challenges and writing.
Afternoon 2 – Story 5 (Sea Safety – Rebecca Knight) 15:00 pm
Story-led post or Live focusing on fundraising and sea safety
Afternoon 3 – Story 6 (Disability access – Peyton Vellae) 17:00 pm
Story-led post or Live highlighting the lack of disability access to the ocean.
Evening – Get Involved (Closing Live) 20:00 pm
A final Instagram Live (10–15 mins) bringing the day together and encouraging participants to take one simple action for the ocean and share their own story.
